Instead of ordering the complete shortblock, I called MMR and ordered the compontents needed to assemble myself. I am now selling what I have accumilated.
1998 F150 5.4L Bare Block - Cleaned and Acid Washed - Bored .20 Over - Decked for true head gasket seal (exact specs are at home) - Painted high temp flat black - Engine Stand included 1998 5.4L Forged Crank - Micro Polished Brand New Manley Pistons - 18cc Dish - Fully Forged - .20 over Brand new Speedpro Rings - Same size as pistons above Brand New MMR Spec Manley Rods - Fully Forged 5.4L Rod - Spirolocks and wristpins included - ARP rodbolts Asking $1,700 for all of it. You could pick this up and have a local shop assemble for $500 and still be almost $1,000 under the cost of the real deal from MMR not including the freight. -------------------- Arthur
