The idea that she could be charged with vehicular manslaughter in this case is rediculous. She should have gotten in trouble for street racing, but she did not cause his death, his own decision to race did.

another example of how everyone is responisble for everyones elses problems/ actions. The system is failing and we are all screwed in the end.
