Hey guys, one of my military buddies has a 03 Cobra, its yellow with Alaskan tags if you ever see it, and he bought it used and isnt sure what all the guy has done to it. I'm in no way familiar with Stangs at all but was wondering what you guys would guess-imate his car would be putting at the wheels.

He knows it has a pulley on the blower, can't remember if he said 7 or 12 PSI, has a supertune or superchip (something like that) and maybe something else. He said he thinks it might be about 500rwhp but he is really unsure b/c he doesn't know what all was done and needs to dyno it. Anyone got any guesses? Thanks

With just a pulley it is not at 500whp.

Best I've seen with just a pulley, typical bolt ons and a tune is about 480 whp

He would need a Ported blower to get much over that.

I would say he's in the 440-480 range.

Wow, random!
Not really a good setup for, Alaska?

Does it spin the wheels in 4th gear on street tires here?

Haha, whats random? it is in the blue oval tech tongue.gif
I dunno he bought it up there and drove it down here when he got reassigned to down here in LV. Dunno if it spins a lot out here on the streets or not, I've only rode in it once and he didnt really get on it too much but you could def. tell it had power at its disposal.

Side note, how the hell do you multiquote here? I clicked both plus signs to multiquote you two and it only gave me one...

Define up there.

I've heard of stock terminators (03/04 Cobras) putting down 400 whp at close to stock.

You should talk to Ace he's pretty much done it all.

Ask him to bring it to the meet and we'll look at it to see all the mods that could be seen in the car...

a 2.76 pulley w a cat back, h-x pipe, intake and tune could hit 450-480ish depending on how agressive the tune is.

Cool, Yeah I told him about this site, he checked it out, he's in training right now for the next several weeks so he wont be able to attend at all until i think like the January time frame, but more than likely he will join up and hang out.
