Anyone have experience with a well qualified real estate attorney? I have heard you have to be careful who you deal with lately so reccomendations would be appreciated. Thanks

You get what you pay for with lawyers, do a local search on the net, then make a few appointments for FREE consoltations, if for any reason you don't feel comfortable including price, appearance of the office (messy, unorganized, poor service by staff) try another before you commit. Also ask how many years in business locally.
