Me and Chris headed down to California over the weekend to go make a couple hundred left turns at Toyota speedway. Friday was practice all day, got the truck all set up and our team mates truck. Saturday we show up scuff in our new tires roll through tec. and set the fastest qualifying lap. As we're getting ready for the 100 lap main we do a few minor adjustments to the truck, Chris rolls a 7 with the dice that determines where you start, and his team mate rolls a 2. The green flag drops and Chris battles his way through 5 trucks in 6 laps. His team mate is about a full straight a way ahead, Chris chases him down and closes the gap in 25 laps, he goes to pass him and the owner of the trucks got on the radio and said this is how you guys must finish. We had to settle for a 2nd place finish, but i had one hell of a time and i've got to say Chris is a damn good roundy rounder.
