For those of you that know me know that I've been fighting the stock eaton war for the longest time...
Last night it finally paid off! My full weight 3650lb race weight cobra, with not a single pound of weight reduction
that has the spare tire in the trunk has finally gone 9.93@136! I started out in TNT going 10.1@134 twice like it was clock work, I thought it had it in her but my best buddy Alex and Dana from VWR knew it had it last night to go a 9, Dana went out of his way to bring me 2 bags of ice. My girl got off work and immediately brought me 6 more bags.
They spent hours helping me cool my car down, charge my battery, while I made sure everything else was going to be on point. It ended up being the last pass of the night when I went the 9.93. It Eclipsed the 60' in 1.4 Seconds Flat. The eight in 6.326@108.99 and as I said above a 9.9!!!

We just built a turbo '03 Cobra (in 13 Days from the floor up- built the engine, trans, suspension etc...) with Draglite's on it that's also black like Alex's (except it has smoked tail lights) that ended up running first pass down the track after getting off the freeway with no cool down with a 10.7@131, and ended the night with the best pass of 10.45@132mph with BFG Drag Radials and IRS and of course full weight!!! Best of all, it sounds stock! Great Driving Alex!

Big congrats Frank!!!!!!! Way to stick with it and not give up on that Eaton, you deserve it!!!!!!!!!!!!! Im sure its got another tenth or two in it once we tweak the suspension!!!

I honestly dont think theres anyone in this town thats more dedicated to this sport/hobby than Frank. Im glad i can help out in any way, u certainly do the same for me and everyone else, i feel very lucky to be a partner. Again, thanks to Dana from VWR for all the support and always giving great adivice, he's another guy thats always down to help out and does whatever it takes to make these cars as fast as possible!!!

As for the cobra Frank and I just finished, all i can say is that its such a fun car to drive. Talk about a turn-key low 10 second car, all you gotta do is put some good gas in it air down the tires and have fun, what a blast it is to drive! It was a fun project to do, great work on it Frank, your the man!!!!!
